We need your help, fellow birders. Michelle took this photo today during a short hike through Mt. Tabor. She estimated that it was about 5-6 inches, but it was hard to tell because it was way up in the top of a tree. She said that it sang continuously atop his perch but she heard no other bird responding. So, here are the photos. Thanks for your help.
Good birding!

I think its a Bewick's Wren. I have a lot of spring singing going on in my yard too. I woke up at 6am to the classic Robin singing at the crack of dawn. I love it. By the way, nice segment on the news. I taped it and saw it this evening. Good for you!
Bewicks Wren.
Bewicks Wren! nice blog!
It is wren family from what I can tell, but not a Bewick's Wren. The Bewick's has a thin tan brow line. The one in the pic. has broad white brow line.
